What we're looking for (qualifications)
We do not require any formal qualifications, but we value hands-on skills. We also enjoy working with people looking to learn new things and have a sense of responsibility toward their work.
- You have spent at least three years designing websites, presentations, collateral, and other marketing assets.
- You have hands-on experience working on different projects with product, marketing, and web development teams.
- You have a good sense of visual layouts, graphics, and illustrations and can design them to meet different business goals.
- You can work with brand guidelines to create layouts reinforcing the company's voice through various touch points.You understand responsive experiences well and can design on desktop and mobile for all audiences.
- You can work with digital (web pages, decks, blogs, social) and offline media (banners, brochures, booths, goodies).
- You have hands-on experience using design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Illustrator to get work done.
- You can collaborate with a team of opinionated people and stay unbiased while presenting your ideas.
- You can improvise and make quick decisions while leveraging design principles and common sense.
- You come in with a growth mindset and push yourself to get better every day.
What you'll do (responsibilities)
We're looking for experienced designers who can ramp up quickly and help us tell our story to the world within weeks.
- Design and deliver the story of Atomicwork. You will be responsible for delivering the Atomicwork story in the best way possible by leveraging your creativity and design skills.
- Leverage our brand's design and identity. You will understand our brand and design guidelines and help us translate them into different forms across ideas, campaigns, channels, and platforms.
- Collaborate with product and marketing: You will work closely with the product and marketing teams to understand their vision and help turn it into visual stories that different kinds of prospects and customers can understand.
- Design scalable processes and systems. You will understand industry best practices and create scalable ways for stakeholders to leverage your design and replicate it in different projects.
- Review and improve your work. You will present your work with the rest of the team and continuously improve so that we can scale our ideas, experiences, and processes as we grow as a company.
- Self-direct your work and be an owner. You will act as a founder and use your autonomy and responsibility to do what's right for the company.
