I'm thrilled to welcome Oksana Patel as Atomicwork's Head of Marketing.
Oksana brings a strong mix of marketing leadership, energy, and enterprise perspective to the role. She has spent her career building demand engines for enterprise software companies — including Moveworks, Symantec, and most recently Sedai — and she understands how to connect product with value for enterprise IT buyers.
This matters right now since the category we're building is noisy. Every vendor claims to have agents. Our job is to show enterprise IT leaders what AI Coworkers actually do when they own a job role end-to-end, and to back it with evidence rather than adjectives. Oksana will lead that work.
Oksana established the demand generation function at Moveworks, where she helped build pipeline for one of the first companies to sell AI-powered employee support into the enterprise. She knows this buyer, this budget cycle, and the objections that come up in the room intimately.
Before that, she ran integrated marketing at Symantec and led demand generation at Skycure through its acquisition by Symantec, then continued at Broadcom following the enterprise security acquisition. She has worked at the scale where marketing is a system, not a series of campaigns: lead lifecycle, scoring, nurture, attribution, and the unglamorous plumbing that makes a pipeline number trustworthy.
Most recently, as VP of Marketing at Sedai, Oksana built the go-to-market story for autonomous cloud management — a category with the same core challenge we face. Explaining to a technical buyer why they should hand a system real autonomy, and earning the trust that makes them say yes.
Atomicwork’s AI Workforce offering ushers in a new IT operating model for enterprises and the proof points are stacking up. Unlike legacy platforms, IT teams aren’t just buying an enterprise ITSM & ESM platform, they’re also hiring an AI Workforce that own IT roles end-to-end. The new paradigm requires new ways of storytelling and trust-building. Oksana's combination of clarity, rigor and energy is exactly right for that.
I'm looking forward to working closely with her as we build the Atomicwork story!
