Jeegar Shah joins Atomicwork to lead AI platform and applied AI

Welcoming Jeegar Shah, Atomicwork's new Head of Applied AI, with deep experience scaling enterprise AI products.

I'm thrilled to welcome Jeegar Shah as Atomicwork's Head of Applied AI and Platform.

Jeegar brings deep enterprise AI experience from Amazon and ServiceNow, where he built and scaled AI systems serving millions of users. He understands what it takes to deploy AI that performs in production and the pitfalls to avoid. That expertise is invaluable as we build the next generation of AI-native ITSM and ESM.

At Atomicwork, we’re not just automating routine tasks. We're building Universal AI that understands context, anticipates needs, and empowers IT teams to work smarter so businesses can move faster. Jeegar will lead our AI platform engineering and Applied AI, accelerating that mission.

Building AI at scale

Jeegar joined Amazon’s Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) team in 2020, where he spent over four years leading next-generation tooling for large language models (LLMs)—including training, evaluation, and model release pipelines. His work contributed to some of Amazon’s most ambitious AI initiatives, including early efforts on Amazon’s foundation models and the NLU infrastructure powering Alexa AI.

Operating at that scale by navigating distributed training systems, evaluation frameworks, and the demands of operational excellence, gave Jeegar a deep, practical understanding of what it takes to build production-ready enterprise AI.

At ServiceNow, Jeegar led enterprise AI and data science efforts focused on agents, multi-agent hierarchical orchestration, GraphRAG, and context engineering. His work centered on a critical challenge in enterprise AI: making systems not just powerful, but reliable, observable, and genuinely useful inside real workflows.

Jeegar also serves on LangChain’s Customer Advisory Board, advising on enterprise adoption of agentic AI and LLM orchestration. His real-world integration experience helps shape one of the most important developer platforms in the AI ecosystem today.

Beyond his technical expertise, Jeegar has founded startups (one won Chicago Booth's New Venture Challenge and earned coverage in CNN and Fortune) and worked at McKinsey. The result? A rare combination of deep AI engineering chops paired with sharp product instincts.

Beginning a new chapter at Atomicwork

Jeegar's blend of production AI experience and enterprise product sense is exactly what we need as we scale.

Atomicwork is committed to developing secure, reliable, and well-governed AI systems that make it easy for enterprise service teams to automate IT support and deliver seamless end-user experiences.

Jeegar will help us deliver on that promise while pushing what's possible in enterprise AI.

Welcome to the team, Jeegar. Let's accelerate our AI build!
